The starter or the end...

കുറച്ചുകാലമായിട്ട്,വിരുന്നുകാറ്ക്കുവേണ്ടി ഭക്ഷണം ഒരുക്കുബോള് desert നായി ഞാന് മെനെക്കെടാറില്ല. ഇപ്പഴത്തെ വിരുന്നുകാരെല്ലാം വളരെ Health conscious യായിട്ടാണ് കാണുന്നത്.കഴിക്കുന്ന ഓരോ ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്റെയും കലോറി, വറുക്കാനുപയോഗിച്ച എണ്ണ യുടെ കണക്ക് യൊക്കെ ചോദിച്ചാണ്, ഒരോ വായും അകത്താക്കുന്നത്. ഇതൊക്കെ കാണുബോള് വെറുതെ ബുദധിമുട്ടിയെന്ന് തോന്നിപ്പോകാറുണ്ട്.എന്നാലും ഭക്ഷണമുണ്ടാക്കാതെ യിരിക്കാനും വയ്യ.അതുകാരണം desert വേണ്ടെന്ന് വെച്ച് പകരം 2-3 തരത്തിലുള്ള fruits മുറിച്ചു കൊടുക്കാറാണുളളത്.അങ്ങെനെ fruits വെക്കാനായിട്ട് ഞാന് ഈ രീതി ഉപയോഗിക്കാറുണ്ട്.

അതിനാവശ്യമായ സാധനങ്ങള്

Medium size ന്റെ watermelon/ തണ്ണിമത്തങ്ങ

കത്തി & സ്പൂണ്

1) ആദ്യം തന്നെ ഒരു ചെറിയ കക്ഷണം, തണ്ണിമത്തങ്ങയുടെ അടിയില് നിന്നും മുറിച്ചുമാറ്റുക.അപ്പോള് അത് ഉരുണ്ടുപോകാതെ flat യായിട്ട് ഇരിക്കും.

2) തണ്ണിമത്തങ്ങയുടെ പകുതിയില് നിന്നും മറ്റെ പകുതിയിലേക്ക് ‘റ” യെന്ന ഭാഗംവെച്ച്, ബാക്കിഭാഗം സൂക്ഷിച്ച് മുറിച്ചെടുക്കുക(watermelon,ന്റെ ഒരു പകുതി basket യായും മറ്റെ പകുതിയിലെ ‘റ” shape- basket ന്റെ handle പോലെയാകും.

3) Handle ല് നിന്നും or “റ” shape യില് നിന്നും മാംസളഭാഗം(kernel) യെടുത്തു മാറ്റുക.

4) Watermelon, basket ന്റെ ഭാഗത്തില് നിന്നും kernel(മാംസളഭാഗം) എടുത്തു മാറ്റുക.



ഇതിലേക്ക് 2-3 പലതരത്തിലുളള fruits വെച്ചു നിറക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

Fruits/ vegetable യുടെ അല്ങ്കാരപണിക്കു പോവുബോള് ധാരാളം fruit ഭാഗം waste യായി പോകാറുണ്ട്.ഇതിനകത്ത് ആ fruit ന്റെ ഭാഗം നല്ല shape ല് മുറിച്ച് basket നകത്ത് ഇടാവുന്നതാണ്.

കൊച്ചുകുട്ടികളെ കൈപിടിച്ച് അക്ഷരമെഴുതിക്കുന്നതുപോലെയായിരുന്നു, Grandparents നുളള computer ന്റെ mouse ഉപോയിഗിക്കാനുളള class.വീട്ടിലെ computer അറിയാവുന്ന എല്ലാവരും കൈ പിടിച്ചാണ്‍ mouse ഉപയോഗിക്കാനും click ചെയ്യാനും പഠിപ്പിച്ചത്.അതിനുശേഷം computer on,internet connection എടുക്കാനുള്ള class.അവരാണെങ്കില്‍ ഒരു പുസ്തകവും പേനയുമായി, college ല്‍ lecture note എഴുതിയെടുക്കുന്നത് പോലെ, ആരുടെ വായില്‍ നിന്നും എന്തു വീണാലും എഴുതിയെടുക്കും. Desktop, Taskbar.....അങ്ങനെ അവരുടെ പുസ്തകം പുതിയ വാക്കുകള്‍ കൊണ്ട് നിറയുകയാണ്‍.

വീട്ടിലെ ഒരു teacher, yahoo പഠിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ പുറ്പ്പെടുബൊള്‍, മറ്റൊരാള്‍ gmailപഠിപ്പിക്ക്, അപ്പെഴെക്കും അടുത്ത നി^ദേദശം  Facebook പഠിപ്പിക്കുക, അപ്പോള്‍ പഴയ കൂട്ടുകാരെയൊക്കെ കണ്ടുപിടിക്കാം.(വീട്ടിലെ L.K.G കാരന്‍ മുതല്‍ എല്ലാവരും computer teacher മാരാണ്‍) ആദ്യം ഏത് പഠിപ്പിക്കണമെന്ന discussion നിലാണ്‍ എല്ലാ computer teachersയും. അവര്‍ ഒരു തീരുമാനത്തില്‍ എത്തുബോഴെക്കും, വീട്ടിലെ ബഹളം കാരണം ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് computer പഠിക്കേണ്ട് യെന്ന നിലപാടിലാണ്‍, students. പിന്നെ ഒരു സമാധന ചറ്ച്ച... അതൊടെ എല്ലാവരും നല്ല teachers & students യാകും.ഒരു അരമണിക്കൂറ് നല്ല രീതിയില്‍ class പോകും പിന്നെയും തഥൈവ. Password യൊക്കെ വീട്ടിലെ എല്ലാവറ്ക്കും കാണാപാഠം.

അടുത്ത കടബ typing, spelling പഠിച്ചുവരുന്ന ഒരു കൊച്ചുകുട്ടിയെപ്പൊലെ ഓരോ അക്ഷരങ്ങള്ക്കുവേണ്ടിയുള്ള തപ്പല്‍............(govt services, നിന്ന് വിരമിച്ചവരാണ്‍ ഈ അക്ഷരങ്ങള്‍ക്കുവേണ്ടിത്തപ്പുന്നത്!)

പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോള്‍, chating, email, webcam വഴി കൊച്ചുമക്കളുടെ കള്ളികള്‍ യെന്നുവേണ്ടെ- computer പഠനം അവറ്ക്കു “A window to the world, യെന്ന മട്ടാണ്‍. Computer പഠിക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടി അവരെടുത്ത ഉത്സാഹത്തിനും ക്ഷമക്കും ഞാന്‍ നന്ദി പറയുന്നു.
